With Sakuku, you can easily carry out a wide range of transactions, including:

• Top-Up/Cash In at ATM BCA, KlikBCA Individual, BCA mobile, and myBCA
• Balance inquiries
• Transaction history access
• Payments at physical or online merchants
• Mobile top-ups (your number, other numbers, or by request)
• Sakuku transfers (send and request transfers to other Sakuku users)*
• BCA transfers (sending money to BCA accounts)*
• Cash withdrawals at ATM BCA*
• Split bill functionality (sharing bills with other Sakuku users)*

To activate your Sakuku account:

1. Download the Sakuku app from your application store.
2. Provide your personal details (name, date of birth, and email address).
3. Create a unique 6-digit PIN for your account.
4. Your account will be activated and ready for use.

There are three options to upgrade your Sakuku account to Sakuku Plus:

1. If you are an active m-BCA user (having completed transactions within the last month), you will receive an offer to activate Sakuku Plus after logging in.
2. If you possess a Paspor BCA/BCA ATM Card, you can access the Settings menu and select "Sakuku Plus activation" or choose Sakuku Plus features from the menu tab (Transfer/Cash Withdrawal/Split Bill), at which point the application will prompt you to activate Sakuku Plus.
3. Alternatively, bring your e-KTP (electronic identification card) to the nearest BCA branch, where our customer service representatives will guide you through the activation process.
