With Sakuku, you can easily carry out a wide range of transactions, including:

Top-Up/Cash In at ATM BCA, KlikBCA Individual, BCA mobile, and myBCA
Balance inquiries
Transaction history access
Payments at physical or online merchants
Mobile top-ups (your number, other numbers, or by request)
Sakuku transfers (send and request transfers to other Sakuku users)*
BCA transfers (sending money to BCA accounts)*
Cash withdrawals at ATM BCA*
Split bill functionality (sharing bills with other Sakuku users)*

*Only available with Sakuku Plus

To activate your Sakuku account:

Download the Sakuku app from your application store.
Provide your personal details (name, date of birth, and email address).
Create a unique 6-digit PIN for your account.
Your account will be activated and ready for use.

There are three options to upgrade your Sakuku account to Sakuku Plus:

If you are an active m-BCA user (having completed transactions within the last month), you will receive an offer to activate Sakuku Plus after logging in.
If you possess a Paspor BCA/BCA ATM Card, you can access the Settings menu and select "Sakuku Plus activation" or choose Sakuku Plus features from the menu tab (Transfer/Cash Withdrawal/Split Bill), at which point the application will prompt you to activate Sakuku Plus.
Alternatively, bring your e-KTP (electronic identification card) to the nearest BCA branch, where our customer service representatives will guide you through the activation process.
