With Sakuku, you can easily carry out a wide range of transactions, including:
<ul>
<li>Top-Up/Cash In at ATM BCA, KlikBCA Individual, BCA mobile, and myBCA</li>
<li>Balance inquiries</li>
<li>Transaction history access</li>
<li>Payments at physical or online merchants</li>
<li>Mobile top-ups (your number, other numbers, or by request)</li>
<li>Sakuku transfers (send and request transfers to other Sakuku users)*</li>
<li>BCA transfers (sending money to BCA accounts)*</li>
<li>Cash withdrawals at ATM BCA*</li>
<li>Split bill functionality (sharing bills with other Sakuku users)*</li>
</ul>

To activate your Sakuku account:
<ol>
<li>Download the Sakuku app from your application store.</li>
<li>Provide your personal details (name, date of birth, and email address).</li>
<li>Create a unique 6-digit PIN for your account.</li>
<li>Your account will be activated and ready for use.</li>
</ol>
 
There are three options to upgrade your Sakuku account to Sakuku Plus:
<ol>
<li>If you are an active m-BCA user (having completed transactions within the last month), you will receive an offer to activate Sakuku Plus after logging in.</li>
<li>If you possess a Paspor BCA/BCA ATM Card, you can access the Settings menu and select "Sakuku Plus activation" or choose Sakuku Plus features from the menu tab (Transfer/Cash Withdrawal/Split Bill), at which point the application will prompt you to activate Sakuku Plus.</li>
<li>Alternatively, bring your e-KTP (electronic identification card) to the nearest BCA branch, where our customer service representatives will guide you through the activation process.</li>
</ol>
